Staying in a king room at the hotel for the Elton John concert was a memorable experience, topped with a stunning view. The service, from the front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond to make my stay special, including a generous gesture of allowing me to check out without charge. The location in downtown Jacksonville was awesome, offering easy access to new bars and restaurants, and the hotel even had a balcony for a great view. The dining experience, including made-to-order omelettes, surpassed my expectations, though slightly pricey. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and accommodations.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were not very clean, and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned after finding a roach. The air conditioning was not very effective either. On the plus side, the service was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but was a bit tricky to find. The dining experience was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, the facilities were decent with a few areas that could be improved.

Staying in the suite was convenient for our family with the extra space and fridge, though there was a lingering smell in the room. The hotel staff were polite and attentive, and the restaurant served delicious food. The location was ideal near the river with easy access to downtown, but housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, a good stay with a few minor issues.
